Job Description Occupational Therapy Rehabilitation Supervisor needed in southern Oregon for premier medical center. The Occupational Therapy Supervisor will ensure the smooth daily operation of the department, provide oversight and development to the assigned Rehabilitation Services staff, and coordinate services with other departments. Responsible for developing assigned service and strengthening relationship with referral sources. Approximately 70% of position will be clinical care of patients and 30% will be supervisory. Schedule is days. No call. Must be licensed OT with 5 yrs experience and 2 years management experience. Must also have large acute care hospital experience. Competitive salary and outstanding benefits immediately upon hire. Generous relocation is available.
